Start keeping track of your daily calorie intake, find an ideal intake level for your body type, and stick to it come heck or high water. Beware of ‘healthy’ veggie sandwiches that sneak in loads of carbs via the sauces; always skip condiments and other needless sources of fat. That includes all but the most frugal of salad dressing, too. Ae of any food product’s packaging to tell if it can help you on your weight loss trip or not.
